About Reklaim™
Reklaim™ started with my own reset.
I'm not pretending to be a guru. I'm not a doctor. I'm a former athlete, longtime technology leader, and I'm almost 40. Reklaim™ is me rebuilding a stronger, longer-lasting body in public.
I'm Adam, the founder of Reklaim™. I started this because I got tired of clawing my way back.
For a long time, I could let things slip, train hard for a few months, and get back to baseline. That worked when I was younger. It does not feel like a strategy I can trust anymore.
I want the next decades to be built on consistency, not punishment. Reklaim™ is where I teach the things I need to hold myself accountable to: simple training, food, recovery, measurement, and the honest work of remembering who I meant to be.
Who I am
Adam Bezemek
I spent more than 15 years in technology, leading teams, building systems, and working with brands like The North Face, Vans, and Timberland. I still love technology. I just want to use those skills in a space I care about deeply: longevity through the basics that make a body stronger and more durable.
Why I started
I grew up in sports. Football, basketball, baseball. Sports gave me a schedule, and that made it easy to stay in shape. When that structure went away, I spent years bouncing between hard resets and long slips.
The old pattern was simple: restrict calories, run a lot, punish myself in the gym, and call it discipline. Now I care more about the smaller things that actually last: whole foods, better macros, repeatable workouts, sleep, bloodwork, body composition, and enough self-respect to stop disappearing for months at a time.
Build a baseline.
Baseline means waking up feeling like yourself, having fewer things dragging you down, and being healthy enough to start fine-tuning instead of fighting your way back.
Choose consistency.
Five steady workouts beat three workouts that wreck you. A boring meal that works beats a perfect plan you abandon. The point is to keep showing up.
Protect the later decades.
I want the next 40 years to be strong, useful, and present. That is what longevity means here: simple training, food, and recovery repeated long enough to create more good years.
The promise
No empty authority signals. I will cite useful people, but I am only going to talk about things I have tried, use, or genuinely believe can help.
Where technology fits
I am not leaving technology behind. I am bringing the useful parts with me.
Food tracking, bloodwork, body composition, sleep data, wearables, simple systems, better measurement. None of it matters if it turns into noise. But used well, it can help you understand your body, tell the truth sooner, and make better decisions.

The current chapter
I want Reklaim™ to become a trustworthy brand, not a huge one. I want to share what I learn, build useful tools, help people, and make a decent living doing work I believe in.
The dream is simple: pair the skills I built in technology with the subject I care about most, then build a life with more health, more nature, more time with family, and more honest work. Reklaim™ is part of that.
The aim is not to build a loud brand. The aim is to build proof, tools, and standards that help people reclaim their identity, make the next chapter feel possible, and protect the later decades.
