Reklaim exists because the fitness industry is broken.
Too much noise. Too many shortcuts. Too many people selling motivation when what actually works is discipline.
The name says it all: reclaim what's yours. Your strength. Your consistency. Your identity as someone who shows up. It was always there — buried under excuses, bad advice, and programs designed to fail so you'd buy the next one.
The Philosophy

Discipline over motivation Motivation is a feeling. It comes and goes. Discipline is a system. Build the system, and motivation becomes irrelevant.

Long game over quick fixes There are no 30-day transformations that last. Real change takes months, years, decades. Accept that and you're already ahead.

Consistency over intensity The person who trains 3x/week for 10 years will always beat the person who trains 6x/week for 6 weeks before burning out.

Simplicity over complexity The fundamentals work. Progressive overload, compound movements, enough protein, enough sleep. The basics aren't boring — they're underrated.
The Approach
Reklaim isn't a coaching factory. It's intentionally small — a handful of clients at a time, each with a program built for their life, not a template dressed up to look custom.
The work is straightforward: figure out where you are, where you want to be, and build the simplest path between the two. Then show up. Adjust. Repeat.
